Overview: CollCom offers a dynamic internship program designed to provide students and young professionals with hands-on experience in the non-profit sector. Our internships aim to foster personal and professional growth while contributing to meaningful community projects. Interns have the opportunity to work on various initiatives, gain practical skills, and make a positive impact on society.

Objectives:

• Skill Development: Provide interns with practical skills and knowledge in areas such as project management, research, community engagement, and digital literacy.

Key Features:

• Diverse Projects: Interns can work on a variety of projects, including cyber safety awareness campaigns, community service programs, educational workshops, and capacity-building initiatives.
  
  
• Mentorship and Training: Each intern is paired with a mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and support throughout the internship. Additionally, interns participate in training sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  
  
• Flexible Duration: Internships are available throughout the year, with flexible durations to accommodate the intern’s schedule and academic commitments.
  
  
• E-Certificates: Upon successful completion of the internship, interns receive an E-Certificate recognizing their contributions and achievements.

Eligibility:

• Students and Recent Graduates: Open to 12th Standard and College Working students or recent graduates from various academic backgrounds who are passionate about community service and social impact.
  
  
• Commitment: Interns should demonstrate a commitment to the goals and values of CollCom and a willingness to learn and contribute.

Application Process:

1. Online Application: Interested candidates can apply online through the CollCom website by submitting their resume and a cover letter outlining their interests and goals.
   
   
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview to discuss their interests, skills, and fit for the internship program.
   
   
3. Selection: Selected interns will be notified and provided with details about their internship role, responsibilities, and start date.
