Women all over the world face discrimination. This had created huge disparities in education, income, wealth and wealth.

Women account for just 10% of the world's income and own less than 1% of the world's wealth. In India, the literacy rate for males is 80.9% compared to 64.6% for females, and their participation in the labor force is only 29%. Women empowerment means giving them freedom, and choosing how they want to live their life. Freedom to pursue the education, they want to marry, career, raise children and more. When a woman is empowered, she can identify her skills, knowledge and abilities to make her own decisions.

Empowerment is an ongoing development process for her, which gives her self-respect, confidence to face the society and participate in community development.

Woman empowerments campaign is run by the organization from time to time, in which various plays, arts, activities, various trainings are organized to make women self-reliant and powerful, so that women can become self-reliant. Women awareness increasing their orientation towards income source. We organized tailoring and basic computer training is provided free of cost, through which they can earn their livelihood and help in the basic needs of the family.

Anukampa Art Training

To provide free education of all arts to the needy who are interested in any art like painting, sculpture, rangoli, mehndi etc. We organized Bal Partiyogita Mella. Through the Abhilasha art training conducted by the institution, the interested needy who are interested in the arts like painting, sculpture, Rangoli and Mehndi are given free training of all the arts, after that, after becoming proficient in the art, the institution officials are rewarded by giving prizes.

Avinash Tailoring Centre

Women are facing atrocities & harassment at work place and have no role in decision making due to lack of financial independence. This tailoring & embroidery programe intends to create economic development of women & break poverty. Tailoring & embroidery training will provide self-employment at their homes, can give them a daily income and can enable them to buy necessary medicines and make them capable to pay school fee for their growing children. Investment in these women is a proven path to reduce poverty. They are disadvantaged when it comes to employment, education, and work skills.
