Abhilasha Aid Society organizes awareness programs on Drug Abuse Prevention from time to time in rural areas and for school students, teachers and parents. Drug use prevention programs are effective when they respond to the needs of a community, include all relevant areas and are based on scientific evidence; Effective programs should also include strong monitoring and evaluation components. good youth drug use prevention programs can save a human life from being wasted! With awareness programmes, we aim to establish stable ideologies at the inter-community level.
Sociological ideas such as gender equality, environmental issues such as waste management, understanding of education as well as how to comply with the fundamental rights of children are shared and talked about. Such active discourses only promote the need for education and help the community to realize the importance of schooling their children thereby improving their lives. We have actively initiated such performances or events with the students that we have accomplished, giving them an arena to practice what they have learned in their academics. but plays an important role in bringing awareness and change.
